Vorbereitungen ICCE Global Coach Conference 2015 in der heißen Phase
Bereits zum 10. Mal führt ICCE (International Council for Coaching Excellence) in diesem Jahr seine Global Coach Conference durch, in diesem Jahr in Virumäki, Finnland. Die Vorbereitungen gehen in die heiße Phase, die Online-Anmeldung ist freigeschaltet.

The ICCE Global Coach Conference will be held at Vierumäki Sport Institute in Finland from 23-25 August 2015. The extensive program of coaching research and practice will be of particular interest to three groups:1. Front-line Coaches and Performance Directors2. - Sue Campbell, the architect of UK’s success in London 2012, on the transformation of the British high performance program and the key principles of building system excellence;
- Erkka Westerlund, an outstanding leader in Finnish sport, former head coach of the national ice hockey team and currently with the KHL Jokerit team, on coaching the human being; and
- Wade Gilbert, renowned expert in coaching science, talent development and sport psychology will present on Creating Cultures of Continuous Improvement and Competitive Excellence in Sport, and also offer a workshop on Using Reflection to Reach Your Potential as a Coach.
- Frank Dick with Dutch speed skating coach Gerard Kemkers and Norwegian cross country ski coach Per Nymoen on sustaining excellence - systems that develop multiple and repeat Olympic winners. Frank will also present on effective decision-making in “Coaches Calling the Shots”.
- Vern Gambetta will present on Integration of Physical Preparation with Technical and Tactical Training for Optimum Performance, and offer two practical sessions on Sport Specific Speed Development and Foundational Strength Development - "Weight Room Without Walls".
- Susanna Rahkamo, former figure skating medallist on Building Breakthrough Success - accessing collective creativity.
- New research on leading gifted people with Helena Lehkonen; cross-cultural skills with Riku Laanti; and coach's wellbeing with Satu Kaski.
- The Serial Winning Coach study, with Sergio Lara-Bercial and Cliff Mallett.
- Master Trainers Penny Crisfield, Liam Moggan, Kirsi Hämäläinen and Kathy Brook will run workshops for Coach Developers;
- And a series of best practice sessions will provide delegates the opportunity to benchmark their programs with such topics as : the New Zealand Coach Developer program with Andrew Eade; Life Stories of Coach Developers with Ophélia Jeanneret; the Roles Coaches' Mentors Play with Paul Schempp; Measuring / Evaluating Coaching Performance using a 360 degree feedback tool with Rebecca York; a Digital Environment to Support Competency Development in Tertiary Coach Education with Guylaine Demers and Andrea Woodburn; Level 4 Elite Coach Education in Denmark with Jakob Ovesen, and many more.
- Wayne Allison from the English Football Association will describe how both the FA and a number of European football associations are improving the application of research to practical coaching.
- Reasearch papers from around the globe will bring us up to date with recent developments, for example Jim Denison on Athlete Centred Coaching, Paul Appleton and Joan Duda on Empowering Coaching, and Kristen Dieffenbach on Self Awareness.
