Report aus dem CoachLearn-Projekt vorgestellt

Bereits seit Ende 2014 beteiligt sich die Trainerakademie am auf drei Jahre angelegte „CoachLearn“ – Projekt. das Erasmus+ geförderte Projekt unter der Leitung von ICCE Global Coach Office sowie Leeds Beckett University hat zum Ziel, die Ausbildung, Mobilität und Beschäftigung von Trainern im Kontext eines Europe Sport Coaching Framework zu fördern.  Gerade wurde ein erster Report „Education frameworks in Europe“ vorgelegt: “The first report aims to document and analyse the impact that general and sport specific education frameworks and mobility tools have had in the European coach education landscape since they first appeared. The report also includes the results of a survey of coaching stakeholders on the use of frameworks to date and the need for a European Sport Coaching Framework. As a result of the analysis of the historical context and the results of the survey, a set of recommendations are made for the development of the European Sport Coaching Framework.” Der Report steht ebenso wie ein Anhang auf der Projektseite zur Verfügung.

Zum Projekt gehören mehrere  „Multiplyer Event“  die mit ihren Informations- und Diskussionsangeboten ausdrücklich den Rahmen der Projektgruppe verlassen und offen für Interessierte sind. Vorankündigung: In diesem Jahr wird diese Veranstaltung  voraussichtlich am 13./14. Oktober 2016 bei uns an der Trainerakademie Köln stattfinden. Einzelheiten werden (sobald sie feststehen) ebenfalls an dieser Stelle bekannt gegeben.
